Pandan Chiffon

For the ingredients please prepare; Corn oil, Eggs, Cream of Tartar, Self-Raising Flour, Pandan Juice (blended Pandan Leaf) and Refined Sugar.

Before baking, we pour it into chiffon mold.

Bake at 180c for 45 minutes.

Finally, my first Pandan Chiffon. Very soft and delicious!! It's nice for your tea time!!!
