A Twist of My Story

This happen quite sometimes ago. The time, where I was walking alone on an empty road wearing my old slippers. My way was all surrounded by forest. They all look silent, only sometime I can hear the leaves ‘giggling’ with each other by the breeze. It was a long road to go. After a while, I feel so tired, I just want to take a rest and find a place to take a napp.

Suddenly, I saw a small old wooden house, it was surrounding with wild flowers and a tall trees as it's like 200 thousand years old. I was so amaze. I take a few steps where I stand infront of the house. I knocked the door twice, door was opened by a man who’s age is around 20s. A beautiful man with a beautiful smile. He invited me into the house, without doubt, there I was standing in the empty house . He then, offered me a drink. We sat on a floor, where we facing a big open wooden door facing the sea. We watched the seagull as it fly back to its nest. It was a wonderful feeling. He talked about almost everything, I was listening to his story. I never get bored as he smiles at me with his eyes that show the sincerity and hopes . And we talked to each other until dawn, it feel just like we know each other for a years. He gave me a pillow where he said that I need one and I should take a rest. I smiled and put the pillow on the floor then I fall asleep.

When I woke-up and I looked around me, I saw the house was fully empty. Where is the man? I have not even asking for his name. I look everywhere around the house, but there is no sign of him. I stand in one corner of the house, where suddenly there is a box, and written ‘A gift from a stranger’, I opened the box and I saw a handmade shoes, its fit me. I put it on and walked out from the house to continue my ‘path’.

I was walking on a beach. It was full of silent, only I can hear the sound of the wave, like there was no trace of others. I keep on walking until I met an old lady carrying a basket full of Tulips. She gave me one. I thanked her as she replied back with a smile. I walking thru the wooden bridge. Not far from the bridge I saw a big beautiful house, it was surrounded by beautiful garden of roses. From the moment I saw the house, it remind me of an old wooden house. There was a man with a nice suit standing infront of the house, like he is waiting for his guest. He came forward to me and saying that he was waiting for me and how he wish to meet me as before. He smile and it was amazing, he is the man who left me with a handmade shoes. I was so happy and there is no words to describe how I feel at that moment. But, he look different from the first time where I met him at his old wooden house. He just smile and he welcoming me into his house. With pride, he shows me all his belogging, he was so proud showing almost everything in the house. I can feel the differences, the way he talk full of hatred. Then, he invited me for a drink, but this time we are not sitting on the floor, we are sitting on a chairs at the backyard of his house. There was a mountain infront of us, a big mountain. An eagles flying all over the mountain. He start talking about how proud he is to have everything in his life. His words full of 'rudeness' by showing all he had. How I wish the time is over and run faster. There is a pain inside me knowing that the man infront of me is totally changing. I feel like a stranger, I was speechless....

HomeMade Dengue Trap

I received this email from a frens. I think this prevention steps ordinary came from Japanese people (where we know that they have a very creativity skill of 'creating sumthing') and this is not where shud I mention bout Jews, what I know they are one of the most 'brainy' people on earth and I will publish one article that I've read about the Jews.

Well, back to the basic story:

All it takes is just a mix of water, brown sugar and yeast (I've not try it yet but I will give it a try soon, I guess!!!hihihi...)

Cut a plastic bottle in half, keep both parts. It can be Coca Cola or Pepsi bottle

Take the lower portion of the bottle. Dissove the brown sugar in hot water. Let it cool down to 70 degF

Add the yeast. Carbon dioxide will form (this will attract the mosquitos)

Place the top portion upside down like a funnel

Cover the bottle with a dark wrapping paper

Place it in a corner in your house

Finally, in 2 weeks you will be surprised by the number of mosquitos killed

Cut-Chicken Curry - 3c

Today is for my Chicken Curry recipe. I should called it 'Cut-Chicken Curry', normally people will blend all the ingredients but I am quite lazy to plug-in the switch of my blender so I just cut all the 'stuff'...hehehe...this is just a simple one - I dun like to cook very complicated recipe...lol ;b

Well, here we are:

Chicken meat (skinles) - Potatoes - Coconut Milk - Ginger - Onion - Garlic - Wet Curry (I like to use wet curry, it's more tasted than curry powder)

This is how 'wet curry' look like, it only cost me RM1.20 (Supermarket price) and RM1.00 (Owner price), so this mean supermarket's manager gain 20cent!!!

Cinnamon - Cloves - Star Anise - Cardamon (pretty names!!)

Finally, my Cut-Chicken Curry (3c)

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia on Friday confirmed its first case of the A(H1N1) flu in a 21-year-old student who returned from the United States on Wednesday morning.

All passengers on the Malaysia Airlines flight MH091 from Newark on Wednesday are urged to contact the Health Ministry by calling 03-88810200 or 03-88810300

Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the case made Malaysia the 36th country to be affected by the virus.

“Malaysia is now on high alert,” said Liow, who is in London now, enroute to Geneva, for a World Health Organisation meeting. He added he would return earlier than his scheduled return next Friday.

Liow said Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha who is now the acting Health Minister would hold a press conference with the deputy health director general Datuk Dr Ramlee Rahmat at Putra Jaya at 3pm.

Meanwhile, A statement by the Health Ministry's director-general, Dr. Ismail Merican, said the young man was hospitalised on Thursday for fever, sore throat and body aches.
Tests confirmed that he was infected with the A(H1N1) virus, the statement said. He is receiving anti-viral treatment and was in stable condition, it said.
Ismail said the ministry had contacted members of his family but they have not been placed under quarantine.

Ismail said his department was taking steps to protect public health and that there was no reason to panic.

Meanwhile, Bernama reported that a man from Bukit Mertajam held under observation at the isolation ward of the Penang Hospital has been declared free of Influenza A (H1N1).
"We just got a report that the blood test on the 26-year-old man was negative," State Health, Welfare, Caring Society and Environment Committee chairman Phee Boon Poh said when contacted by Bernama Friday.

A test on a sample of his blood had been sent to Kuala Lumpur.

The man was kept for observation Thursday after he was found to have fever and symptoms similar to those of Influenza A (H1N1) on his return from the United States.

Two weeks ago, a New Zealand tourist was admitted to the isolation ward of the hospital for suspected Influenza A (H1N1) but a blood test also showed up negative.

I am the type of person who don't like to wear make-up. Lazy wearing lipstick. But last Saturday, I bought a simple basic cosmetics, where u can found 4 types of colors for eye shadows, 1 color of blush, mascara, lip gloss and applicator. It only cost me RM17++. But I've not use it yet. Maybe later, I guess!!

Oya! I dun go clubbing, not that I hate it but I dun really like to be surrounded by a 'heavy' environment. I still remember, where in my 20s, I went to 1 club at my hometown, where suddenly I felt my 'butt' been touched by that stupid idiot man!!! Then, I thought tat is my first n last exprience...

I like a nice cosy place. Beaches, a little bit kampung2 like tat and I enjoy nature. I like Miri, for me, tat is the nicest place I could enjoy my living. Simple and not complicated. Where now, if I want to have a nice coffee, I go to Starbucks, don't mentioned about donut, I just go n buy few from Big Apple Donut. Chicken? KFC ofcoz. A simple meal for my breakfast during weekend, I just drop-by at the Market Mee. Find a gud place for lepak2 with my frens, kedai kopi la...where else...hihihi...

Life for me is just like an Arts. You will never know wat's the meaning behind everything that come into your way.

Love for me is just like a waterfall. To be in love is to feel it. Not only you love once but forever. That's why I seldom easily fall in love just to forget my pass. Love will never be replaced by someone else!!!

Hope you understand my words coz I create so sudden. The End.

Begitulah Aku

Satu hari dia amat marah.

Kamu pikir aku patung barbie apa!!!

Influenza A (H1N1) or The Swine Flu

How well prepared are you to face the 'Influenza A (H1N1) or otherwise known as 'The Swine Flu' epidemic which is hitting the world?

The symptoms of swine flu in people are similar to the symptoms of regular human flu and include fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue. Some people have reported diarrhea and vomiting associated with swine flu.

In the past, severe illness (pneumonia and respiratory failure) and deaths have been reported with swine flu infection in people.

Like seasonal flu, swine flu may cause a worsening of underlying chronic medical conditions.

The symptoms of swine flu in people are similar to the symptoms of seasonal flu in humans and may include; Fever (greater than 100f or 37.8c), Sore throat, Cough, Stuffy nose, Chills, Headache and body aches, and Fatigue.

[Black]: Confirmed cases followed by death
[Red]: Confirmed cases
[Orange]: Unconfirmed or suspected cases

Spread of this swine influenza A (H1N1) virus is thought to be happening in the same way that seasonal flu spreads. Flu viruses are spread mainly from person to person through coughing or sneezing of people with influenza. Sometimes people may become infected by touching something with flu viruses on it and then touching their mouth or nose.

What should we do to keep from getting the flu? First and most important: wash our hands. Try to stay in good general health. Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage our stress, drink plenty of fluids and eat nutritious food. Try not touch surfaces that may be contaminated with the flu virus.

The safety precautions; Avoid live animal markets, pourtry and pig farms in affected countries. Always maintain high levels of personal hygiene, especially before and after food preparation and in-out of toilets. Regular wash you hands. Cook pork thoroughly. Do not consume half-done pork. While in an affected region, seek immediate medical attention if you develop influenza-like symptoms. (High fever, body pain, coughing and red nose).

For those who like to travel. WHO does not recommend any travel restrictions to areas experiencing outbreaks, including countries, which have reproted, associated cases of human infection. WHO does not, at present recommend the routine screening of travelers coming from affected areas. Spreading Country as on April 27, 2009 are: Mexico, US, New Zealand, Israel, China.

It is important to know that, there are no vaccines that contain the current swine influenza virus causing illness in humans. It is not known whether current human seasonal influenza vaccines can provide any protection. Influenza viruses change very quickly. It is also important to develop a vaccine against the currently circulating virus strain for it to provide maximum protection to the vaccinated people. This is why WHO needs access to as many viruses as possible in order to select the most appropriate candidate vaccine virus.

There are 2 types of drugs that available for treatment, the 2 classes medicines are: Adamantanes (amantadine and ramantadine) and inhibitors of influenza neuraminidase (oseltamivir and zanamivir).

Is it safe to eat porky? Well. swine influenza viruses are not spread by food. You cannot get swine influenza from eating pork or pork products. Eating properly handled and cooked pork products is safe.

Pig is cute n I feel pity for them!!!hihihihi....
