Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hi peeps!!sorry it's quite long time didn't put anything in my blog...lazy feeling is playing around the corner of my life now.  What the hell is going on with myself...but don't worry after today I will try to update you some new or old story ok...

Hmmm....yesterday, I baked chocolate chip cookies, you can say tat's like Famous Amos cookies...so here we goes...

Sugar ~ Light Brown Sugar ~ Butter ~ Veg. Oil ~ Egg ~ Milk ~ Flour ~ Salt ~ Tartar ~ baking Soda ~ Vanilla ~ Walnut ~ Choc. Chip

Cream sugars, butter, oil, egg, milk, vanilla, flour, nuts & choc. chip

Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased

Cookies are light in color when done

Finally, Chocolate Chip Cookies ready to eat =)

Sometimes there are things in our life that aren't meant to stay. Sometimes change may not be what we want. Sometimes change is what we really need. And sometimes saying goodbye is the hardest thing you think you'll ever have to do, but sometimes it's saying 'hello again' that breaks you down and makes you the most vulnerable person you'll ever know. Sometimes change is too much to bear, but most of the time change is the only thing saving your life.

It's hard to accept, but I can't change the past. I can't go back and manipulate things to the way I wanted them to happen. Because life'd be meaningless and boring and just not worth living. But I can change the future and that's a beautiful thing about life. Yes, I will make mistakes. And yes, I will have bad days - but as long as I let the past go, I'll have such a gorgeous and bright future ahead of me. Knowing that things were meant to happen. Knowing that each day I will learn something so that I keep growing to be a better person. Life is like a rope, twined in all its complexities and yet weaved into one marvelous stream that I have the chance I use something amazing from.

Sweet Potato CheeseCake

Hi peeps!!Its September and we meet again...hmm..my 1st cheesecake recipe for this month....it jus a small portion but quite yummy so enjoy the pictures....hehehe =b

Orange Sweet Potatoes - steamed with skin

2 eggs yolks ~ 2 eggs whites ~ Philadelphia Cheese ~ Caster Sugar ~ Cinnamon Powder ~ Orange Sweet Potatoes Mashed

Beat cheese and egg yolks

Add cinnamon powder, sweet potato - Mix well, then follow by egg whites with caster sugar, beat at high speed until soft peak is formed

Finally ~ Sweet Potato Cheesecake, chill this cheesecake int he fridge for 4 hours
