It's quite sumtime I didn't bake any recipe, so this past few days, I was thinking, why don't I try to make a biscuit....well, I have to admit that I am not gud into a biscuit baking, but no harm to try it out. Biskut Sarang Semut (they call it in Malay) and I guess in english it sound like 'Ant Nest Biscuit' heheheh....it jus a prediction word....oks, here we goes peeps =b
250g butter ~ 100g castor sugar ~ 350g flour ~ 100g corn flour ~ 1 egg ~ 1 tsp vanilla
Beat together butter & sugar
Add egg & vanilla
Mix well, flour & corn flour
Shred dough into a bowl and spoon into a small size papercup
Bake in an oven with temperature 180'c until cook (15 mins)
Tadaaa, this is it...look soo yummy n pretty =b
Finally, cool & store in a container =)
