Floods all over Kuching

Yesterday evening, I’ve received MMS from 1 of my aunty at Bau, she sent me 3 pictures, of what I called it as “The Showering Ground”.

As she mentioned that most of Kuching area, included Bau, Serian, Lundu are flooded. Rain never stop from morning till night. The 'King Tide' period on January is from 9th - 17th (level 5.5m - 6.2m) and 25th - 31st (level 5.5m - 5.8m) - this is just a predicted level from Dept. of Irrigation and Drainage Sarawak.

Hmm…I’m guessing how it looks like when your house is flooded, then you are rushing, catching up the time to save all your belongings, the furniture (the heavy 1??). O God! it must be quite busy and tiring seasons!

For those who live in such area, I’m praying that everything will be ok, everything will get to normal and will be much better soon.
